Ducati UK at Motorcycle Live with 5 new motorcycles
  • UK debut for five new models: Panigale V4, Scrambler 1100, Multistrada 1260, 959 Panigale Corse and Monster 821
  • Be Wiser Ducati riders Shane Byrne and Glen Irwin to visit the stand
  • New accessory and apparel range on display
  • Ducati store will be retailing latest apparel collection

The new 2018 Ducati range will be on display at this year’s Motorcycle Live (18-26 November) with the addition of five new models. The most prominent of these will be the Panigale V4 which only last week won the title of “Most Beautiful Bike of the EICMA Show” in Milan. In addition to the Panigale V4 will be the limited edition V4 Speciale taking centre stage and featuring a special livery, carbon accessories, full titanium Akrapovič exhaust system and a host of other special components.

The 959 Panigale not to be outshone sees the introduction of the stunning 959 Panigale Corse. This new 959 Panigale is enhanced by a dedicated livery inspired by the colours of the MotoGP, This exclusive version of the 959 Panigale is equipped with high-quality Öhlins suspensions. It has a multi-adjustable titanium-nitride treated Öhlins NIX30 fork with a diameter of 43 mm, and a multi-adjustable Öhlins TTX36 shock-absorber.

The Multistrada is upgraded with a new Ducati Testastretta DVT (Desmodromic Variable Timing) 1262 cc engine, new chassis, more advanced electronics, and an aesthetic update that includes new fairing panels and lighter, sportier looking wheels. The Multistrada 1260 S, S Touring and Pikes Peak versions will be on display at Motorcycle Live and be joined by the Multistrada 950 and Multistrada 1200 Enduro.

Another model that has seen an upgrade for 2018 is the new Monster 821. Launched prior to the Milan show, the introduction coincides with 25 years since the unveiling of the original Monster 900. The 821 features the same aesthetic and functional features of the Monster 1200 such as the redesigned tank and tail unit, headlight, TFT instrument panel and silencer.

It is not only the Ducati range that sees new introductions, the Scrambler brand welcomes the new Scrambler 1100 range to the land of joy. The new model comes in three versions with standard, special and sport models with each having defining features but all sharing the new 1079 cc engine. Also new for 2018 is a black version of the Desert Sled and new 803cc Scrambler Street Classic.

As well as the new models, visitors will also be able to see the rest of Monster range including a Monster 797 and Monster 1200, , more from the Scrambler range with the Sixty2 and Café Racer versions and Supersport and Supersport S including an S version with touring accessories.

The XDiavel family sees a new addition with the stunning new iceberg white version, this will be on display alongside a Diavel Carbon. The Hypermotard 939 SP always looks sensational but with the addition of Ducati Performance accessories this is a must see at Motorcycle Live.

Shane Byrne’s British Superbike Championship winning Be Wiser Ducati will be on display for the duration of the show with the man himself making a special appearance on the first Sunday. Team mate Glen Irwin will also visit the stand on the closing day of the show.

As usual there will a Ducati store retailing the latest Ducati apparel and gifts and Ducati UK staff will be on hand to help with queries or advice.

The Ducati stand is located in Hall 3A stand 3F20. For more information about Motorcycle live and ticket information visit: www.motorcyclelive.co.uk
