Hi there,

Hi adk,

Yep - I think the new style pegs will work (for me!).

The 70mm center to center mounting points are right but, the difference appears to be that the exhaust mounting point is BEHIND the peg on the later models - which is just what I'm after IF I'm going to stick with trying to fit my low level Sil Moto's - so wifey can go on the back sometime.

I'm still toying with the idea of flogging the Sil's and getting either a standard set or some with seperate link pipes to provide more alignment provision.

Something to toy with over winter - but, a set of Kehin carbs keep calling me

Cheers - Frank

Frank. Dellorto's are cheaper and will work just as well-drop as message to Paul Paine, I know he was fiddling with carbs on his DD bike.

Cheers John - I've also read good reports about Mikuni downdraught carbs as they have a built in choke!

Thing is - Chris Kelly at Ca-Cycleworks does a COMPLETE and almost totally fettled kit for the SS series ( + loads of experience to back it all up).

Pretty hard to resist.

Cheers - Frank
