Testastretta Coils (re-locating)

Lots of people look to fittting the 996 bodywork to the 998, and the air ducts foul the fitment on the coils.

so has any body thought about or tried re-locating them, the fit on a small lug on the frame and when looking at the bike I cant help wondering if with perhaps a small braket made to tuck them in to the gap in the frame the pnels would then fit ok.

well before i think of trying this, has any one else? are the any issues that need to be considered?? do the coils get hot and need to be there to stay cool??
