Best track day set-up????

Am about to do my first track day with the 996 (done several on other bikes), would like some advice on suspension set-up.

Bike is running Ohlins R&T forks and rear shock with remote adjustable preload.

Have got it all set pretty good for road use albeit a little bouncy in places. Front fork telltale is about 25mm from bottom of slider and rear preload is set around 10 turns from fully out.

I weigh in at around 14.5 stone. Anybody else out there got a similar set-up that can advise?

Set up for which track?

Also you need to say what type of rider you are, Novice medium or fast group, smooth or on / off type rider it all makes a difference.

Cadwell, which I know pretty well. Consider myself a medium/smooth rider.

and dont forget tyre pressures , assuming decent sports tyres, then i use 30psi in the dry , and 27psi in the wet.

Bolt what tyres are you using? Apparently if you run too low pressures the tread closes up and therefore cant disperse the water, not good on a wet track!
