Mag wheels

Always wanted a pair of 10 spoke marchesini's.
At @£750 used I can't really justify them unless they also significantly improve lap times. Anyone got useful any experience?
How much does it cost to get them stripped and painted another colour (if required)?

£750 seems a good price to me - if you looking for painting, if they are mags, then they need to be properly prepared and painted. The cost would be circa £160 I reckon from Dymag etc....
