Alright,
Due to a break up I am having to sell my 996 which I have owned since June and only put about 60 miles on her, the last 30 of which was the MOT station and back
(
The bike has just had the headstock bearings replaced (by me) as well as new clutch and break fluid.
19476 on the clock, MOT is valid until June 2014 and no tax at present. Only advisories were the headstock bearings and slight play in rear wheel bearings.
Notable Points;-
- Marchinesini Wheels
- Carbon heal plates
- Tinted screen
- Open carbon clutch cover
- Red clutch pressure plate
- Good matching Dunlop SportMax tyres
- Tuning Parts clutch slave cylinder
- Optimate lead fitted
I'll also include a FG Special Parts paddock stand and Haynes manual.
Bad Bits:
- Slight colour fade on one side panel (may have been replaced in past)
- One of the clock mounts is in broken, so although secure it wobbles
- Low fuel light always on
- RH silencer has slight damage (previous owner changed out termis for standard cans before sale)
- Needs a service and only history I have is what M&S Ducati in Newcastle have confirmed
- Miss matched from discs (correct sizes obviously, but different style pattern centres)
- Pillion seat needs recovering
The bikes rides lovely and I know of no faults other then that stated above. I had planned to have her fully serviced over the winter but now need the cash. She starts first time, every time and has a near full tank of fuel.
Priced to sell at £3000
Regards,
Diehard
