Assen paddock - They want your feedback...

I've had this email from Rene Plantenga from DCN...

Hello,

I’am Rene Plantenga and I took care of the paddock arrangements for the Ducati Races 2006 . While you guys are new this year I would like to know if you have some points to improve on the paddock or other things that we could do better. Please a reaction from the UK club so we can discuss your comments in our evaluation meeting Ducati Clubrace 2006.

Greatings,

Rene

...any ideas anyone?

I thought the paddock was perfect.

The sand on the astroturf however....

It would be good to have another block of toilets and showers, as there was only the one near the garages.

Other than that, as you say, it's far better than anything we have in the uk!

i think there should have been a set of facilities on the other side of the main entry road (were the ducati tent was located), and the 24hr massage was missing.......

The only improvement from our (my) perspective would be to have a sectiond area so we could all pitch up together.

Otherwise it was a great paddock which we can only dream of over here, and the setup made us (me) feel welcome. In fact, I'm not sure we even have someone to make paddock arrangements!

hi,

Normaly nobody has to stay on the left side on the paddock and we use it for parking bikes; this year there were more then 9000 visitors over the weekend and there were a lot of people who only came for camping. Behind the Total gas station there are also toilets and showers. The sand and the wind was a handicap for everyone; the race-track is just finished.check out www.tt-assen.com how it's going to be in the future.when you are racing next year ( i hope so ) contact us for a special spot on the paddock.
