My coils went after 300 miles so it is possible!Secondly if you've had the tank off I hope you've reseated the tank correctly and got the fuel lines back into the reservoir under the tank, as one issue is the fuel lines press on top of the rear coil and vibration can cause an issue...

I have popped to the local bike shop and purchased some new plugs but here is the problem the old ones in the bike are Champion and the only ones i could get were NGK (equiverlent to Champion plugs)and you cant tighten them down propper coz the nut bit isnt long enough like on the champion plugs.

This is doing me heeed in and its perfect riding weather i am missing

right i think i sorted the problem

cant think who mentioned the fuel pump relay behinde the battery cover getting corroded but 4 fecking hour's it took with a couple of tea brakes of course but anyway took it out cleaned it up and it seems to be ok after a 30min ride out everything was tickerdyboo.

I will stick all the panels back on tomorrow and have a good long rideout just to make sure
