Milky Headlight

What's the best way to clean off the milkiness and moisture from the headlight so that it doesn't come back again (if that's possible)?

Cheers

I just took my bulbs and holders out from the lenses and gave all the lenses a good wipe with white spirit on a cloth. It all strips down nicely and you dont have to pry the glass out as some have done.
