Eating at Cadwell - An idea for you

Here's an idea of the price of food at Cadwell...

A (childs) portion of chips, sausage & beans was £4.00

A Snickers was 50p

Cup of tea 75p

Bacon Roll (with 2 small pieces of bacon) was £1.75

I'd definately reccomend you get as much as poss from the supermarket before you arrive.

Louth is a lovely town and lots of take-aways at the far end of town (3 chippies in a row) and a Kwik Save.

Make sure you have lots of water too, unless I sip water almost constantly throughout the day I get dehydrated.

I usually take ingredients for a curry and a spag bol or a BBQ (if the weathers nice). Easy to cook all in one pot in the caravan.
Plus a hoooooge monster breakfast to start the day off nicely.
Come sunday morning i'll probably just about be able to keep a cracker down

I was planning on taking an empty water container... is there a drinking water supply?

I'm not sure actually. There must be an outisde tap somewhere. Maybe by the shower hut?

There wasn't a sign in the loos saying the water was unfit for drinking.

I'm taking about 6 bottles of water - 1.5L jobbies. Plenty of room in the can, may as well take it.

You'll need a 2 litre catch bottle strapped to the frame for that, or are your boots water-tight?
