the pump is capable but according to pete smith from epicycle you should not run pressure higher than 450kpa as the pump temperature rises to dangerously high levels. if you need more pressure than that you need a corsa pump.

The manual says 5 bar pump max before by pass operates to keep the pump cool. The pressure reg limits it to 3. Tweaking to 4.5 bar for racing with aftermarket pressure reg, although I did hear that 8 bar has been used on the track.
No matter Stefan in Germany came through with the goodies. Crisis over.
