750ssie - single seat

Has anyone got a single seat conversion that they want to sell?

Would prefer genuine Ducati part.

Cheers

Nick

This auction is already ended, but I was wondering if it is original?
Anyway the price went quite high.

seems to be quite reasonable priced, not original though.

The Ricambi seat is hopeless so, I wouldn't bother with it if I were you. I have one for my 800ss race bike and whilst it fits, it extends nowhere near far enough towards the tank so there/s a hug gap between where the seat pad fit and where the tank begins - you end up sitting on the frame rails. Also there is not enough room behind the rider to allow him to tuck in and slide back.

Does that Ricambi one not fit over the standard twin seat, rather than replacing it completely?

No. It's a seat unit in itself and designed to use the existing mounts.

That sure looks like it would fit with the original seat
(like this http://www.bikepics.com/members/harri1980/00750ss/ )

Ricambi does seem to have other designs also:
