Ventura fitting to monoposto (for I Porter)

I don't have an email address for you so here's some pics of ventura fittings to monoposto subframe.

N.B. the long bracket in the later pics is only held on with 1 bolt on these pics as i only refitted them for these pics, whereas should be also fastened at the front as well.

I leave the U shaped bracket on permenantly as its hidden by the seat and just put the L brackets on as required, a 10 minute job.

Hope this helps

Ventura on the bike.

The system works great, but one word of advice, tape up the top of your seat unit as the front of the bag can rub on the seat unit where it hangs over the metal framework, same at the back above the rear lights depending on how the bag is loaded.

Hope that helps.

Shaun is right, tape it all up or use a ratty seat unit like i do. Also note that while the luggage is secure, it puts alarming angles of lean on the lolly stick of a side stand. I took the liberty of buying a cyclecat sidestand 1" longer over standard. makes huge difference esp when the ride height is set right, no more walking away with shrugged shoulders waiting for the "crunch" sound behind you only to see you pride and joy resting on its levers and indicators.
