Belly pans

I have spoken to Dave at H.C.Racetech, if someone sends him a standard monster belly pan he will make a mould from it to ACU regs for oil catchment, return the original bellypan plus an FOC ACU reg one to that person. He will then sell ACU reg bellypans to Desmo Due racers for £50, if it is going to be cheaper than that once he has made one he will lower the price. All the mounting points will be reinforced with carbon fibre. If anybody is intrested ring him on 01522 702800 or email Dave at,

One idea for SS bikes would be to use the "half fairing" that some SS came with and then fit the monster belly pan as Chris suggests. Sounds like a great deal, BTW.

I have a Monster CF full length jobbie on my SL. It fits OK with the exception of where the side stand mounts to my engine and also the lower oil cooler pipes need some clearance "grooves" cut.

The sidestand issue isn't a massive problem in that it only requires longer bolts and a spacer behind the sidestand plate. If you're gonna take your sidestand off to race (which I'd imagine you would...) then it's not a problem at all...

Hi Guys, I normally make it a rule not to post (it somehow seems bad form as it feels like advertising), but I think we will have to make an exception here...especially as I have already signed off the order...

We have 10 ACU legal undertrays coming through at £50 each, in black, ready in a month at the max. just drop us an email (neil@sigmaperformance.com) to reserve yours... these will fit all the eligable bikes except a full fairing 600ss (only because I havent got one around the place to offer it up to!!
