996 Brake Master Cylinder Seal

The rubber seal that fits in the cap of the brake master cylinder reservoir has gone a tad manky on my bike and i'd like to replace it.

Apparently you can only buy it with the cap from Ducati. Is that right and if so does anyone know if any other bike ones might fit?

Cheers
Simon

£8.35 for a whole new pot, cap & diaphragm:

http://pdq1.com/part.php?PartID=2896&MakeID=0&ModelID=0&YearID=0&Y ear=0

30ml is shown as the right size and style for a 996 but you might need to check.

other suppliers to check out:

Mode Performance, Silverstone - http://www.modeperformance.co.uk/

and
