From the Hottrax Mallory Preview

Ducati Desmo Due

There are two races on the Saturday for this varied and quite quick class, at the opening weekend at Brands it was Neil Appleby who was word perfect with two wins and a pole, however the marauding masses on the Italian orchestral machines will want a different outcome in Leicestershire.

Just looking at the Schedule for Saturday, there are only 2 x 15 lap races between our 2 races. Even if they allow 40mins for these, that is only just over an hour between our two races. Better keep it in one piece in the first race, because that doesn't allow long for repairs..... however, it does remove that couple of hour lull we normally get between races where I can't eat or relax!

Agreed.

Although 18 laps, in for fuel and 18 laps could be good.

blimey!

not sure i would want to only have 45 minutes rest between 2 18 lappers at Mallory

doesn't give much chance to recover/repair

by the time you are in, helmet off and drink you probably have about 30 minutes before being called for grid unless they have long gaps between races??

sort the wheat from the chaff

tbh its seems a little excessive, especially as its still a novice racing event....hope my engine is cool enough by then to go again! I doubt it...
