but glad you got it checked out and now getting it sorted as it wasn't looking great!!

i have all manner of knee braces if you need to borrow them (that's not a great advert for me though is it.. )

Sorry to here, you did look in a bit of pain and you did well getting back on the bike for the second race.

Best get yourself fixed up and maybe, just maybe we will get a race weekend this year with everyone out there!!!!

jeez, i popped my 'bursa' at cadwell 2007 - it didnt cause any problem until the following evening when i ended up in hospital getting it x-rayed etc. bloody painful when it did flare up!

gws dude, i'm sure it'll take less time that you expect, just take it easy and milk it if ya can
