It's a Sharkskinz seat from the USA. Overpriced imo. Tale a look at my 800ss racer's seat. Now that is nice.

The swingarm is std 1000ss but, it looks completely different due to the exhaust being relocated under the seat...which, incidentally is what I am having made for my 800ss race bike

Yep. That is 1200 bucks of handmade titanium art Well worth it. Also, the tank looks like an ETI "fuel-cel". Made from resin and weighing 10lbs less than std....nice. Another 1300 bucks!!!!!
