Important Racing Questions.

Making plans for next year so can anyone help ?

Where is best for winter testing, Spain or France ?
Do we have to book spaces for our race transporter and awning at each meeting ?
Will we get tickets for the transporter driver and mechanic ?
Does the spare bike have to be scrutineered ?
Is tobacco sponsorship allowed cos we have approached a big player in that market who are now without a bike for their rider ?
What sort of hospitality should we be putting on for the sponsors ?
Are brolly dollies allowed ?
Will there be space to set up our pit wall awning and timing equipment ?

I'm sure there will be more but these will do for now.

From a spectators stance:

Where is best for winter testing, Spain or France ?
Spain, its further south

Do we have to book spaces for our race transporter and awning at each meeting ?
Not that I know of.

Will we get tickets for the transporter driver and mechanic ?
Ticket distribution is per race club rules, i think each entry gets 4.

Does the spare bike have to be scrutineered ?
Yes, I think, maybe not though ...

Is tobacco sponsorship allowed cos we have approached a big player in that market who are now without a bike for their rider ?
Should be fine ... the cheaper the brand the better though as most racers at this level are skint.

What sort of hospitality should we be putting on for the sponsors ?
Bar-b's and donuts

Are brolly dollies allowed ?
Oh yes indeedy, and Brolly Blokes if Grib so decides ...

Will there be space to set up our pit wall awning and timing equipment ?
Unlikely ..... flash git

spain

no, just 1st come,1st serve.

Does the spare bike have to be scrutineered ?
yes

Is tobacco sponsorship allowed cos we have approached a big player in that market who are now without a bike for their rider ?
new legislation prohibits that and the tobacco company would not allow it, although you can get around it in the same manner as 'minichamps' and when they race in Qatar etc...

Are brolly dollies allowed ?
yes, but not on the grid as you wont be lining up for more than a minute.
Will there be space to set up our pit wall awning and timing equipment ?
1st come,1st serve

Little concerned at the 4 passes, the head chef and assistant may have to pay ! If so that's outrageous I'm not even gonna ask them to lower themselves to doing a bbq !
I've seen racing on the telly and I know how it's done so please take this seriously !

One more, we have 4 paddock bikes being delivered tomorrow should I have them sprayed in team colours or the main sponsors colours ?
