Bike setup in NW?

Anywhere know where I can get my bike setup to suit my weight/riding style in the NW? I don't want shock or fork rebuilds, just to get the best out of what I have by dropping the forks/raising rear ride height/adjusting settings etc.

I think Kais might do such a thing? Anywhere else?

If its just geometry, sag, fork height etc i can do it for free Seriously, if you wanna hand have a ride up, I've got spare springs (64/70/75) for the rear shock you can try if we can't get sag right. nice road to test them on as well

Gizmo, I may well take you up on that! I know it's only basic stuff, but I'd need a hand with it all. You sure you're up for it? I reckon I can throw in a few beer tokens as thanks

Like Ian says Shaun, i did a combination of bike,me, tyres with no grip and a roundabout mean i am now multi less. Not that badly damaged but insurance wrote it off last week, bike got taken away Thursday. Just got my ex Duc UK demo bike sorted, red S spec, handguards/heated grips, hugger etc all thanks to Charlie at Duc Leeds, taking Carlise/Settle train down to Shipley with missus on Saturday morning and having a tootle back home on it, might stop at the pedal bikers cafe in Gargrave for lunch

i know its there somewhere, actually thought of an easier way, just do the fixed end bolt and put an appropriate sized pencil through other eye, draw a radius and measure the distance from fixed end, doh, even less drilling needed
