Brand new !

Hello !! Bought my Class B bike yesterday off a really nice guy in Staffordshire , now just need to learn to ride it. I have a bit of motorcycle track experience but any advice / Tips etc would be great . Thanks

Hopefully it will have come with the right gearing as they don't gain anything from over reving as you go up through the gears, Max power is usually just over 8000 rpm (on mine it was 8200) so rev to that and change gear, if the gearings right the revs should drop back in to the max torque area allowing you to drive back up to max power in the next gear.
With only a max of 53bhp available its all about less brakes and keeping up the corner speed. The beauty is that its the same for everyone in the class and all are on the same Dunlop tyre which really does suit these bikes

Well done on the purchase.

Eveyone has there own way of doing things but IMO you must get as much track time as possible.

I do bang on about this quite a lot but it was the best advice I ever got and common sense really.

Give me a TD over a blingy Brembo radial master cylinder anyday.
