Mood: 900 went 999 gone, Multi came and went, 749 Nero now
999: 120/70 Vs 120/60

Anybody have experience of the 60 profile.
I THINK I would prefer the 60 profile for a smoother tip-in

120/70 is better. 120/60 is gradually being used less. 120/70 is the common size for racing because it has better turn in characteristics and there is a wider range of good rubber for that size.

the 70 is the better IMO it gives you a better feel in the corner.
when I was cranked over on the 60 you could feel resistance from the side wall not wanting to allow the bike to go over any further.
it feel like you cant get to the limits of the 70 and it certainly was no slower to turn in

60 feels like it`s tucking in.
