Couple more questions!

Where does the big plastic washer go,tried it inside the twistgrip, makes throttle too stiff. Is it right where it is,against the grip?

Easy one first. The pipe take off on the regulator simply vents to atmoshpere, as it is. nothing connects to it.

The plastic washer, from memory, sits betwen the throttle housing and the plastic tube the grip goes over. Not where it is, but behind the collar of the plastic tube. If it makes it tight, try some silicon spray to lube it a little.
Are you using stock grips? Renthal for instance will be grippier and the only solution may be to do away with the washer.
