Stainless bolts

Hi
The bolt heads on my 888 strada are all rusty. I've seen loads of different bolt kits and tubs of bolts most of which are assorted sizes .
Does anyone have any experience of these bolt tubs or know which sizes of bolts are the most bommon on the bike.

Thanks
Andy

I think pro bolt (or someone like them) do a kit for the 888.

I bought a 'tub' of stainless nuts/bolts/washers from M&P and it has replaced all of my rusty stuff, decent value !
The only problem is that some of the longer/smaller diameter bolts are not included in the kit so I ended up spending a few extra £ on these - worth it though.

If you want to keep the bike faithfull to its original state, you might want to consider getting the fasteners re zinc'd. Had all mine done and it made one hell of a difference, and was relativley cheap..lots of places that could help with this..

Zinc coating is still fresh after 2 years (regular sprays of GT85 and im a fair weather wussy mind you!!)

Cheers
Nat
