Increased Size? Is it worth it?

Howdo!!

Just after some views/experiance.......currently running an ST3 engine with Hi-comp pistons with flowed heads. Would there be much gain with fitting bigger exhaust valves (Up from 40mm - 42mm)??

Also intrested in boring out the liners and fitting 996 pistons (98mm) this would then require machining for the single exhaust valve.

Now would this be worthwhile or just keep to what I've got?? Oooooooh mother.

Bike will always be limited to Bhp due to the limited lift on the cams.

Cheers for any advice /views.

Pablo

wouldn' it be simpler to fit 996 (i.e. ST4S) barrels and heads ?

I'm not sure if they fit the ST3 crankcases, but they must be pretty close.
