The MOT guidelines have changed, if yer not for road use stamp is not visible they you are OK. i.e. under normal MOT inspection, not when you have the the bike in bits. You are OK for MOT.

Where this leaves you with the PD if you get pulled is another matter. Time to head up to Stokesley to test this out.

Hi guys,
Just got back from a weekend jaunt up Scotland with the boys. Had a pull by the local traffic plod and the standard talk. One of the guys got a ticket for his 'not for road use' stamped can while I stood shame faced with my 748sp and termi's and they never even commented on the noise!
Oh well.
