Boxhill Meet Pics??

I was looking forward to seeing some good pics on the site from the weekend meets. Searched all the other pics and couldn't see any 851/888's in any of them?? Thought you all had the same goal of putting these bikes on the map so to speak. Come on people, get the camera's clicking and be seen "out loud". Don't let the 748/916 guys get all the publicity!:P:P:P

Sorry mate, I got up late & in my haste to leave i forgot my camera. I'll try harder next time. BTW, the bike goes great!!. the 9**'s just couldnt get away from me. It actually feels more comfortable and i feel more confidend than i ever did on the 748, dunno why, it just does. I've just got to get used to the lack of steering lock, it's nearly cought me out once allready.

Gordy.

Gordy,
Glad to hear you are enjoying the ride, you will probably have to set up the suspension a little to suit your weight, if unsure which way to go just drop in to a suspension specialist for advice- most of it comes free! You're right about the lock to lock but that's standard on these bikes. Don't ever get the suspension too hard and let it do all the work in the corners and just relax, I found it always felt better to hold a line without changing through a corner. You'll definately enjoy a track day. Did you find the gearing OK with the Renthal sprocket changes?
