"Yesterday here at the factory the very first Monster 1200 came out of the production line, an event that is technically named SOP (Start of Production). As a tradition, the SOP of every new model is celebrated with a small ceremony: CEO Claudio Domenicali and Production Director Silvano Fini turn on the new bike and they “baptize” it with sparkling wine.
