Boxer Cup what a laugh
anybody else looking forward to see those great brutes of bikes at Doni for a Moto GP support race? It looks to be great racing, no mercy shown, stuff it up the inside, bikes too big to turn off line if you get it wrong, big clumps of earth and track taken out when they go down. Think they sound ok aswell.
Think it might go to show that racing is not about what bike they are racing but the entertainment.

Yep, totally agree, as a CB500 racer, I really associate with this style of racing and can't wait to see the professionals do it properly....elbows at the ready!

looks like its just you and me then WJB, - it was on Sky 2 last night, it looked great, reminded me of the original Pro-Am; Kenny Irons, Ray Swann, Niall Mackenzie, feet up on the rear indicators down the straights, Superman style, horns beeping, - got some pictures somewhere of 20 of them going into Druids at Brands on Lap 1, it was easily 5 a breast.

I heard a rumour that a certain long necked no. 69 racer might be having a go this year......... looney on a beemer, has to be the race of the day surely?

Not going to Donny so wont see em but any form of one-make/model racing is great to watch. Really brings out the differences (and aggression) in riders. Excellent spectacle.
Now.
Whatever happened to my dad's CX500

Yeah it should be a good race.I'm glad the organisers have seen fit to run it on race day and not saturday afternoon when everyone is making their way home.
I saw this years first round at Daytona, The bikes sound great and the racing was very close.I bet the "old trout" MacKenzie has a ball.
Makes yer wanna buy BM.............................well maybe not!
