No, because the air tubes flow air in above the filter. The filter catches the bugs, birds and small children.

Are you talking about the 3 piece shroud assembly that has no place for a filter to fit. My answer is K&N. Standard tube type with 62mm hole. Then make up a set of collets (outside dia 61-62mm) for each Velocity stack out of nylon. Remember top make sure they are tapered. Problemo solved.

i'm not sure the corsa carbon air tubes will fit a road bike, the yoke offset and width don't leave enough room.

No mesh as standard, but I added some gold mesh to to mine just for aesthetical reasons as I think it just finishes it off nicely

If you zoom in on the attached pic you can just about see what it looks like..

Cheers

loony, I've trial fitted them to the bike and they fit up a treat, this is with Harris yokes though (wider) + larger diameter Ohlins road and track forks.
No problem lock to lock.

jgriff, if you could u2u me with some costs for these - are you talking about a reducer that would allow fitup of the smaller diameter inserts or are these going to be replicas of the original parts ??

cheers

Neil
