DSC Annual General Meeting 2008

First, a reminder that the Club's AGM is to be held in the clubhouse at Cadwell Park at 6pm on Monday the 15th of June 2009.

The AGM is a chance for club members to have their say on the running of the club & as such it is important that as many members as possible attend the meeting. An agenda and details of recommended revisions to the clubs Constitution document has been posted out to full members recently. Refreshments will be available in the bar afterwards - hopefully, not too much alcohol will be needed!

Cadwell Park Track Attack 8:

Our two day Track event is less than a week away on 15th & 16th of June 2009 at
Cadwell Park circuit. We will have exclusive access to the track for both days and will be running the normal 3 classes, with up to 38 riders in each class.
Ducatis only on day 1 but any marque on day 2.

Uptake on places has been excellent, so thank you to all who booked early and guaranteed the event would go ahead:
The cost is final now at - £115 per day

Ducati
UK will be there with a selection of test fleet bikes to ride on track.
Amongst others support is being offered by JHP for suspension setup and general bike assistance.

MotoRapido have confirmed their presence & Guy (Guido) has confirmed he will be taking his stunning quality photo's as usual.

Holbeach tyres have confirmed that they will be in attendance for both days, they will have a range of tyres that they would normally take to a trackday. If however, you want something specific or DD tyres then you are advised to call Holbeach on 01406-423611 by Thursday 11th and they will bring the tyres to Cadwell for you.

Guy is able to accommodate custom photograph requests and will try to help where possible and has posted details on the forum he can also be contacted via email: info@copeimages.com

Wee JonnyB is also leading the now (in)famous Sunday track walk at 7.30pm, starting in the assembly area.
Everyone is welcome, riding or not to join in, its a great way to see the track. Comfy shoes advised!

Hopefully the Cadwell microclimate will be kind for both days – we wish everyone and safe and enjoyable event.

DesmoDue Racing

The riders move to the venue of Mallory Park on June 21st.
The Class A championship lead is being stretched out by Andy Sheppard from Tim Pritchard, while the Class B lead of Dominic Clegg is being followed closely by a superb ride from Harriet Ridley.

Mallory park always provides some hard riding so please come along and support the riders and teams if possible.

Wherever you end up riding during the month, please do so safely, so you can get on the forum and tell us all about it!

Best Wishes - The Ducati Sporting Club
