749 Tickover ?

Is the rubber bung on the left side of the airbox where you adjust the tickover ?

Has anyone turned the tickover up to avoid the bike cutting out ?

Have a look here (where I get corrected by Rockhopper!) and here (where I keep my nose out of it!).

I'm certain I was told by my dealer that messing with the tickover screw would possible interfere with the MOT, but maybe someone was confused during the conversation.

No, have not been on the bike yet Andy, it is my brothers cutting out at every junction. His warranty runs out on monday so I presume that if the bike is booked into the dealer before then it will be sorted under the warranty.
He inititally thought that it was already out of warranty.
Speak to you on friday, bad news about our dog !
