nearside termi blowing

got home the other day n the rubber had come off the bracket that supports the rear of the termi,the result is a blowing exhaust,the carbon packing has split n the bugger is blowing!anyone know if i can get it fixed or have i gotta hunt down a new one?ta

yeah,what happened was,without me noticing on a ride out,the rubber around the metal bracket that holds the end of the can came lose,on the ride home the vibes shook the can so it @snapped@ it where the carbon joins the metal...then a split ran along the length of it along the bottom of the carbon...only noticed it when i started it the next day n thought it sounded funny!need to know if its us or theres a firm out there that can repair it!!!!

Sounds like you need it re-sleeving. I'd get them both off the bike, have them both re-sleeved and re-packed. Good as new then
