I've got a harris stand that no one seems to want been in market place for ages

i'll end up giving the thing away at this rate

I can recommend the Harris stands - top quality kit. Good leverage and a bearing that makes life easy.

They're good.

Tried to attach a picture of my stand, but the system would not play for some reason, I guess the stand I have is just crap but as I wasted £50 getting it from flea bay so it will have to do for now.
Tried everything but the bike is still pitched slightly to the right.
I can still work on the bike but I would not leave it on the stand for too long, so I will bin it soon and get a Harris.

Mine too. Slacken the screw handle right off before you use the stand. Push the stub-shaft fully home, then tighten the screw handle.

Try that before you go buying another stand.
