Glad it has a result. Shame this guy didnt think of the consequences as this shows his un-competiveness. Hope he regrets it missing out on an award. Would be even nicer if they announced he would have won it

Mood: Still having fun!
reading this in disbelief really but it makes me think how serious so much "minor" sport has become when it leads to incidents such as this. It is the same with so much, - even kids football. - I guess nobody does anything as a "hobby" or just for the fun any more? I wonder why?

Ian ..

.. it's society mate. That's why Jax and I are off to Spain - proper attitude to life, the family and property. Never see anyone drunk, the streets are empty by 11pm - except if it's a fiesta, and it's magic seeing 4 generations together on the beach/in the resturant - all having a great time. We used to feel strange when we were the first on the beach and the next family would set up next to us - in the UK they would have gone as far down the beach as possible! When the kids get too loud the Spanish just talk over them - none of the huge argument and threats of 'Be QUIET Kirsty' You see real family caring and support there. Plus its warm, cheap and the beer is great. 'Nuff said
