In the MIRRORS

I left some piccies on the old board about the excellent (IMHO) mirror extenders from Bracanto - excuse spelling!!!

After reading some more advise about ruffing up the mirror stem ball to stop the mirror moving about so much when trying to reach escape velocity - I decided to strip mine down properly and have a look.

Well blow me

Imagine my surprise when I found a bar with essentially a ball and socket joint at either end - one in the fairing bracket and obviously - the other in the mirror housing, how clever!!!

Now that I've set the arm to point down as much as possible I can swing the mirror body back to easily see whats behind me now, instead of still seeing my elbows.

Great excuse for another test session I think - Heee Heee
