SS race bodywork

Does anyone know if it’s a simple job to put the bodywork from a ‘carby’ SS (i.e., the slab sided stuff, plus nose cone and seat unit) onto a later, ‘i.e.’ SS ? Is it a straight swap, or are the mounting points all different?

Also, has anyone got a setup that allows them to remove the side panels but keep the belly pan in place? If so, could you provide details as to how you have done it please ... or some photos of how it’s done.

Cheers
Jase.

You should be able to fit it - in fact you can fit anything if you try hard enough!
