In the end I have gone for Pirelli Diablo Superbike Pro Slicks - needs warmers -similar grip to K3's so work with std chassis & suspension - but will last 2-3 days I hope on an inters std rider like me but they are SLICKS!!! and therefore sexy as :-)

Never used then before - will report back

be careful .. slicks need to be kept at temperature

you can't just ride around like a road tyre .. you've got to keep them hot by riding hard

let them cool and the grip will drop dramatically

Thanks for the advice

These are not 'true' slicks

Compound is more road focussed so designed to people who want slicks without the wear rate or added suspension complexity etc etc

A bit of bling really!
