Just dyno\'d my 998S FE ...

Just got back from Moto Rapido in Winchester - dyno stars to the DSC in the south - and my FE, with 720 miles on the clock, JHP air filter and full 50mm Termis did ....

130bhp exactly and 74.5ftlbs!

Steve reckons that with another 1500 miles and a full set up we should hope to get 136 and 78! That's 999R territory.

The most impressive thing though isn't the figures. After he'd adjusted the CO2 and sync'd the injectors, taken the slack out of the throttle cable etc. it feels like a very crisp crispy type thing. Lovely

That's what I was doing Andy - Everton's 999R made 136 on the same dyno on 27th March during the southern counties DSC dyno run. BTW, she was wearing your old Termis ...

oh well thats allright then...
The fuelling set up really does make a difference. I have to say, having just had mine done at jhp, the 999r sounds, pulls and generally snorts so differently to my 998s, powerfull as they are, there is just something different..
