I have just had my cush drive bushes replace by Italsport in Bury, I had noticed it and remembered seeing a picture on http://www.ducati-john.co.uk/ducati-points.htm so I knew what is was!

Italsport collected the Bike for me as I didn't want to ride it and risk ruining the hub. If I had ridden it more the bushes would have eaten into the hub and a new hub is £700 they told me! Luckily for me no serious damage had been done!

They charged me £180 for the job and the collection. Not the cheapest and my pristine bike was filthy when I went to collect it, I think they had left it outside in the rain! Also there is now a tiny mark on the offside fairing that wasn't there before...not a happy bunny.

Jayse.

bloody hell, i don't wonder that you're not happy.

tecmoto did mine for just under £70 (parts and labour), and that also included tightening up my top fairing and mirror fixings and freeing off a sticky throttle. very pleased with the service, as always.

i got the bike there myself, so obviously there were no collection charges, but still, that's a hell of a difference in price.

how long did they say it took? mine were done in half an hour

They charged me £35 for collection and £20 for fitting a clutch lever (I already had the part) and the rest was £100 all plus VAT of course! They said it took longer because of how tight they were...or something like that. I had already decided not to deal with them again and so I had stopped listening!

I do own the domain name www.italsport.co.uk and was going to build them a website FOC if they were any good. Their loss!
