Thanks.

I'm in two minds whether to do it or not, I wondered about just getting a spare top fairing and doing away with the lights purely for daytime use.

hmmm ..what to do?? :-)

yer i am but i wanted carbon nose so i could leave the numbers in carbon its strating to look like the race rep i want took its time though

in hindsight I would go for the no light option as I only use it in the daytime
but having spent the money on the carbon top and paint I cant just throw it away. And besides it looks cool

I didn't paint it. But did all the prep, cut hole cut headlight take out glass and silicone lens protector in after being sprayed of course.
Just go for it its fun to do, gives you a sense of achievement

I think I will providing I can pick up a spare headlamp for a reasonable cost. It does look the b****x

Might have to give you a nudge when it comes time to cut the hole though, a very good chance of disaster otherwise :-)

remember you only need to find a head light with broken glass. Shouldn't be to hard and not to expensive
