Sport 1000 baffles.... help!

Does anybody know how i'm supposed to remove the baffles on the twin termis for my sport 1000?

I used an allen key and all it did was round the heads off, they appear to be made of cheap soft metal.

We watched the mechanic in Woods take the baffles out in less than 5 minutes.
Allen key (right size) then pair of pliers to pull them out.
No more than that. If you've rounded the 'heads' then I guess you'll either have to drill them out or force a slightly larger torx driver in them and hope for the best.

damn, i did use the correct key - went out and bought one. A guy in a dealers said they had a spot weld in them. so, where do i need to drill? is the next question.

i need to liberate the sound of that lovely motor.
