Amazing Customer Service
Just a quick note to share something with you all. Two friends and I had a trackday at Brands Indy booked for tomorrow with Focused Events.
A very close friend of mine died last night and I 'phoned them to ask if I could cancel or even give my place to someone else. The lady on the 'phone, Sam, checked with her Manager, Phil Young, and came back to say they would refund the whole price for all of us if we wanted to cancel.
I was literally moved to tears as I hadn't expected that.
What amazing customer service, and especially when times are hard. There was no mention of an admin charge, cancellation fee or anything.
It is surely service like this that sets apart the truly honourable companies from the rest.
