Smile Newbie needs help
Being a proud 1198 owner for a little while ( great bike, best I ever had ! ) I am on the other hand not a very technical person and wonder if there is an easy way to top up the engine oil without removing the fairing.


Thanks for any advice.

Isnt the filler cap at the back and accessible? Not looked at mine recently but thought it was.

Nope, still up front on the 1198. Fairing off is only real way i'm afraid.

It is on your 848 with a wet clutch, be a bit awkard putting it there on a dry clutch model

buy funnel with long spout,prob get one from halfords?
