Advice needed - Senna...

Hi,

I've been looking for a Senna for a while and have a few potential purchases.. but I need your help.. Iwhat would you choose:

1 - a mark one '95 with 10.000 miles (grey) - beautiful - full servicehistory for a reasonable price or...
2 - a '98 (black) with app 6.000 miles - beautiful - full servicehistory for a reasonable price...

I know the 916 engine is maybe not the best in world.. but should I then go for the one with low miles? - any other things I should base my decision on?

Thanks

Chris

What do mean low miles? They both have low miles for their years imho.10k miles in 13 years! Both of these bikes have been standing around and would need a good going over.
Personally,I would go for the '98 bike. This one should have the uprated electrics and brakes.
Oh yeah,the 916 is a lovely motor,....yeah a bit long in the tooth now,but still a goody.

Original '95 is the one for me. Just like mine.

Upgrade the electrics and brakes yourself, but keep to the only original design that Senna approved. If that is the reason your buying it, provenance, it is worth it for that alone.

Lots of black bikes about, very few original Senna's.
