Beware that there are two types of calipers, based on the distance between the caliper mounting bolts. They will be either 40mm (early) or 65mm (2000+) bolt spacing.

ahh - i thought the narrow spacing was only on the 916 -whadddoiknow?
Distinctly after calipers (oh -and discs!) with the 65mm bolt spacing.
Cheers for highlighting this, j

I've a pair of ST4S calipers, 65mm spacing, same as the 996 ones.

£50 posted for the pair interest you?

May also have a pair of braking wave discs for the same somewhere in the garage.

Drop me a pm if you want them.
