I've got a No Limits track day at Brands Indy circuit booked for Monday (12/06/06) and will wear my one-piece leathers. As it looks like it's going to be hot I know it's going to be tricky getting in and out of my leathers. Has anyone tried an under suit?
I've got a thin thermal top and trousers that I got from a fishing tackle shop that might do, but wondered about the EDZ / Extreme racing equivalents.
While I'm here any tips on the track day would be good. It's my second one but the last was 4 years ago, so equally excited and nervous.
I use a one piece Knox silk under suit, makes life alot easier to get in and out of one piece leathers. I think Hien Gerick are doing them for about forty quid at the moment.
Mood: Auto racing, bull fighting, and mountain climbing are the only real sports ... all others are games

no not at all mate. I wish I could be of more help, but I cant. I will be watching the answer with much interest as last Sunday I could barely get out of mine, and they scratch me to bits on the way on.
I did have one idea which would help the on/off problem but not practical.
I have worn something simular to pyjamas, a thin T-Shirt and some trousers made of the same material work ok for me certainly in the heat in Spain and cost me a grand total of £8 from tescos.
I recomend Helly Hansen (spelling???) Base layer. I Use it regularly under one piece leathers. Added advantage of this clothing is that it doesn't smell bad after a few days use like the EDZ under suits do!
