Wireless PCI cards?

Hello,

Just got the internet up and running again, However I have bought a Belkin wireless router and PCI card for the desktop. (Both (G) 802.11g 125 HSM 2.4GHz)

Problem is when I install the PCI card for some reason I can not get the wireless drivers to install, as a result the PCI card is not working. OK maybe my motherboard is too old and the PCI slots are not complient to 2.1.

So does anybody know if I can buy a PCI card that supports old hat motherboards running win98SE and keep the speed.

Or as many have told me dump the lot and upgrade.

Sorry I know its Friday evening.

regards

go to the belkin site and see if there are any drivers for your card for win9x
if so then just download and it will be job done after setting up
if not then take the card back and tell them your running 98
shouldn't be a problem for them to swap you one
just be firm
