In the days of old and bold when women were not invented men had to do telegraph poles and had to be contented.

I was an apprentice at the Research Labs at Martlesham Heath but we had to get an appreciation for all things BT so they sent us all to the training centre at Stone to do a whole load of courses.

Good to see everyone today, including Steve on his 848 Corse who rode up from Bracknell and met us at H-Cafe. Rode down to Reading via Henley and picked up the A4 just the other side of Wargrave, managing to avoid the showers.
Stayed for about 2 hours, was going to leave a little bit sooner but waited for the downpour to finish, then just as we were departing Debbie from Ducati UK arrived so said a quick hello then we were off dodging the showers, just couldn't dodge the spray from the roads that often resembled streams.

Thanks Kev and all for a great morning. I really enjoyed the ride to Reading. There is nothing quite like the sound of half a dozen v twins (and that rather nice v4) to put a smile on your face.

Cheers,

Buckers
