Suspension Setup

I have knocked up a suspension guide / on going information sheet for DD riders, should be useful for thse that are not sure of how to set up there suspension and keep an ongoing record of settings used for each circuit( download and print off as required).

Webteam, can this be made a sticky please.

Stickied! - But a PM is usually a better way of getting this done than in a thread....

Does anyone have a method for being able to check rider sag, unassisted ???

Just in case anyone is working without help.

Cheers - F

Extras:

1) A suspension guide:

Slapped wrist taken

Possibly an Abba stand is all I can think of??, but you will still need another pair of hands to take measurements whilst doing the rider sag stage

Chris, without wanting to take away from your post I have found the following document very useful in setting up my bikes.

Could try using data logging , not as cheap as getting someone else to help you

No problems Murry, the idea in what I have done is to give a guide regarding ss/monsters on the front forks and a general rear shock guide, also something DD's can download and print for when they check there suspension and to keep a record for each circuit they visit and any changes they make to the suspension.
